Does the food you eat give you acne and prescription acne

Acne can be quite embarrassing. Most people feel that they have lost their control over breakouts. People often visit a dermatologist in hope of getting their problem treated. However, most people don't realize that natural remedies are as effective as other prescribed medications. If taken regularly, these may also prove very powerful.
Retinoids are another type of acne treatment. They're derived from vitamin A and are usually in the form of creams or lotions. They're effective for opening clogged pores, which helps to get rid of blackheads and whiteheads. Dry skin is one of the common side effect of retinoids.
Tea tree oil kills the bacterias that cause acne effectively. Tea tree oil is a very effective topical acne regimen. Based on my experience, it is even more effective than most of the popular brands of products such as those products that claim to be "proactive". When you are buying something, think about it carefully if you are buying quality products or products with a lot of promotion. Most of the time, you are paying for the advertising and brand of expensive products, which is not a good thing and doing so will only waste your money.
